Updated Styled checkboxes and radiobuttons

Just updated the javascript Styled checkboxes and radiobuttons with an bug fix that was sent to me by Todd Tyree.
The updated version with the bug fix by Todd Tyree fixes the problem with multible radiobuttons on the same page.
Please report bugs or other oddities by comments here on by email.
